Trophy delight for Natalie at SCFA Awards
Congratulations go to our ‘Chair’ Natalie Adams who won ‘New Volunteer of the Year’ at the Sussex County FA Grassroots Awards this week.
Held at Brighton’s American Express Community Stadium, the awards were recognition to those who have had a big impact on grassroots football during the past and present.
We started this youth set-up over a cup of coffee with no money or investment. Forward on 18 months and we have a thriving family of 16 teams and 200 youngsters playing football every week.
Natalie has powered that with her dedication to the project and fully deserves the award for her time, energy and effort that has led us forward to early successes and now a very established youth programme.
