This group of lads have been an absolute pleasure to coach and have the potential to really push on.
We have recruited four new players for this season as we aim to have a squad of 16 with the step-up to 11 v 11 football.
Our aim is to develop the boys as players, as young lads in a social environment, create a winning mentality and help the boys learn their individual responsibilities and also, teamwork.
This is our second season in ‘B’ Division having seen our first season dismantled by illness and injuries. Only once did we have a full squad to choose from last season and that was a 4-1 win verses the league winners – so it shows what could be achieved with a fully fit squad.
