Welcome to Pagham U13 Gold, proudly known as The Golden Lions!
What started just three years ago as a development squad has grown into an ambitious, competitive and united team now preparing to take on the challenge of A League football. It has been a journey built on hard work, commitment, determination and a genuine passion for the game, with every player playing their part in the team’s continued development.
Throughout your journey, the squad has grown not just in ability, confidence and understanding of the game, but also in its character, togetherness and desire to improve. From those early development days to competing at the highest level of youth football within our league, the progress has been remarkable – but this is only the beginning.
Under the excellent guidance of manager Rich, supported by his three coaches Steve, Dan and Tim, The Golden Lions are driven by a shared philosophy: work hard, play for each other, embrace challenges and never stop striving to be better.
We pride ourselves on our attitude, teamwork, discipline and determination, both on and off the pitch. We want to compete, entertain, and develop, while representing Pagham FC with pride every time we pull on the shirt.
